Hill Farmstead Juicy - This was very good. Didn’t really notice any differences from the bottle I opened in November. The dregs from this bottle went straight into the carboy - hopefully that wild Greensboro yeast was still vital.

Victory Swing Session Saison - Belated Saison Sunday. Had this while we were painting our deck - an activity a lot closer to the saison farmhand roots than usual. I thought this was really good for 4.5% and given the lack of saisons in 12 oz bottles I’d buy it again.

Hill Farmstead Arthur - Is this my favorite beer? It’s certainly very close to the top of the list, especially for non-hoppy styles. Enough tartness to make it interesting without losing balance. Would love to grab a bunch of these in the future.

Grassroots Brewing Convivial Suarez - Developing nicely. Had a lot more brett character than I remember from the 1st bottle in March. Really happy I have enough of these to track how they develop over the next couple years.

Homebrew Homework - The plan for today is to brew another saison using some of the yeast from the last batch and bottle dregs from some Hill Farmstead bottles. So for the past few days I’ve been working through these bottles.

Homebrew Batch #3 Double IPA - I’ve been falling behind on updates. Will have to post more detailed thoughts another time. Pretty happy with this, but can probably use a little more time to condition.

Southern Tier Live - I had the opportunity to try this on tap at Ithaca Ale House, but since it’s mostly been marketed for it’s bottle conditioning I decided not to. I was a big fan of Southern Tier’s Pale and thought this was enjoyable too.

Founders All Day IPA - Had been looking to try this for a while. Given the choice I’d prefer Lagunitas DayTime IPA. May have to do a side by side comparison when both are available later this summer.
